Sehr sauberes Hotel.
Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort. Zimmerreinigung ist top. Leider hatte das Restaurant beide Abende geschlossen, dass wir uns mit dem Hotelkiosk begnügen mussten.

Overall our stay was pleasant. We checked in and the reception desk gave us our keys without saying the number out loud which I appreciate. The amenities in the pool area were great! They have a pool, pool tables, ping pong tables, plenty of open grass area and seating! All of it looking over the water. The bar area is beautifully done and the salmon dinner there was perfection. I had to mark the staffing down a bit because the maids DO NOT LISTEN to the do not disturb sign. First day there I saw them knocking on a door that said do not disturb and they asked if they wanted items. They saw us and even we tho we had a sign that said no not disturb they still asked and we said no, and luckily they did not enter our room. The following day, We left for the day and left the do not disturb sign and when we came back they had clearly entered the room. They made the bed, fresh towels (which was needed) BUT DID NOT TAKE THE TRASH). I would expect that if you enter the room you would take the trash. To make matters worse, in the process of making the bed, they broke my cable for my phone charger, without letting me know.

Have been staying at this hotel the last few times I've been in Stockton and it never disappoints. I drive fom San diego, and the room is clean and ready for me to check in.

hotel itself is nice and clean but area around it is not safe because its in the downtown. but if you are planning to stay in stockton i recommend here because it’s clean

The hotel is lovely and the staff very nice and accommodating. The area around the hotel seems very nice at first glance (surrounded by a nice park and lagoon). However, there are a lot of homeless, drug addicted people walking around, which made me feel a bit unsafe. The City needs to clean up the area

Beautiful hotel, well-maintained, courteous staff. Only issues were shortage of bath towels (only one for two guests) and fridge thermostat so high, our food froze. Small issues, wonderful stay otherwise

My was comfortable without a lot of hassles. My room was in very good condition but the bathroom sink lacked any real water pressure. The shower was fine. I never used the resort so i wasn't happy about paying a $40 fee for something i never used. Still i was hPpy with the room.

Only drawback is lack of space to park while checking in and the need to drive back onto the street and left turn to get to the parking lot across street. Not really a big deal. Very nice hotel. Bartender Raymond was great and we enjoyed several after-event drinks and interesting chats with him.

Hotel security guard made the whole experience unpleasant and horrible. Quite frankly both nights were ruined due to the treats we received the moment we checked in. Renee the manager made us feel at ease the next morning and mike who assisted us helped us contact the police to file a police report. As a constant traveler I will never book a room at this hotel again and I would advise everyone going with their kids to avoid any communication with the security guard.

there was a very strong smell of antiseptic when entering the room and we tried to overcome it by turning on the heat it made the stay unpleasant the restaurant is not functioning adequately breakfast was a joke
