„Great hotel! The only concern I had was that the receptionist, dressed as a woman, kept twirling his long hair. I realize this was late at night, but professionals don’t sit there twirling their locks! That is but a good look! I’d you have to do DEI hires, at least train them to look professional at the desk!

Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket.
We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception.
The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

„We really liked this hotel. It was convenient and comfortable. The chair in our room was really stained and looked dirty but everything else was clean. The area is great. It was quiet and family friendly. The price is great but be aware there is a $100 deposit. We will definitely be back. “

„Everyone was kind, breakfast was good, rooms felt very clean, and parking was easy. It was nice that you could park in the front or back and could easily enter the hotel directly into the elevator area. Kids had a great time in the pool. Only negative thing that could be said is the beds could have been more comfortable. Would stay there again. “

„Ist eigentlich mein Stammhotel in Grand Rapids da es echt sauber, zentral und vom Preis/Leistung top ist.
Dieses Mal hatte ich glaube ich einfach Pech bei der Zimmerzuteilung mit Zimmer 209, der Kühlschrank war so laut, das gefühlt ein Traktor durchs Zimmer fährt(nach abschalten war es okay). Zimmer wirkte abgelebt. Hab das dann unten an der Rezeption gesagt, aber der Kollege war mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und desinteressiert mir ein alternatives Zimmer zu geben.

"Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
