„We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak ...

„Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door ...

„We named this The Big House, we were in town for our son’s wedding at the Bok building. Our 3 daughters and there families stayed here with my husband and me. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a clean, spacious, and family friendly home. Although we did not use it much, it has a beautiful rooftop view of the city. Parking is a bit challenging but we managed and used Uber when we needed. Everything was there that we needed and we were able to order food from Two Brothers Pizza right ...

There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area.“
