„This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.“

„Great location, great value. Looks like it was renovated in 2017. They just missed on the details. Mismatched curtains, very minimal kitchen utensils, and some things that need maintenance. A little attention and upkeep would go along way to turning this from ok to excellent. FYI, that "brick" wall is peeling wallpaper that isn't lined up all that well. “

„The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. ...

„Information about checkin and parking in the area was very detailed and accurate. When we arrived to the condo it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. We contacted the host who replied quickly and explained there was mix up with the cleaning crew. We went to dinner for a few hours and when we returned the condo was nicely cleaned, with new sheets and towels. Area is very walkable and if you drive expect to pay for parking. “

The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. „I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.“

"Zimmer,trotz teilweiser Renovierung in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausstellen. Hilfe dazu bekamen wir nicht. Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung,aber der Boden klebt fast im gesamten Speiseraum. Service beim Frühstück unaufgeregt freundlich. Service beim Check Out katastrophal. Koffer durften wir keine 3 Minuten stehen lassen. Begründung - ab dem Check Out sind wir keine Hotelgäste mehr Man hat uns zum Abgeben der Koffer( angeblich für 5 Dollar) zum Convention Center gegenüber geschickt.Da wusste von dieser Möglichkeit niemand etwas.Es kamen noch weitere EX-Gäste,denen man das Gleiche sagte. Just a shame."
