Dieses Angebot verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Eigentumswohnung, die das ganze Jahr ĂŒber vermietet werden kann. Unsere Tarife variieren je nach Saison und LĂ€nge des Aufenthalts. Unsere Familie LLC ist unabhĂ€ngig und privat diese Villa seit 2014. Unsere Villa befindet sich an der King and Prince Golf and Beach Resort in der Downing Street in St. entfernt Simons Island, Georgia. Unsere 1257 mÂČ große Villa ist ein Penthouse-Modell im Dachgeschoss mit 14 Fuß hohen Decken mit Oberlicht in Wohn-, Haupt- und GĂ€stezimmern. Unsere Villa ist mit Marmorboden und Plantage FensterlĂ€den in ganz renoviert und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Marmorduschen. Das Master-Bad wurde neu konfiguriert und erweitert, um einen ehemaligen Umkleidebereich gehören. Es bietet nun eine Aussicht aufs Meer und ist völlig behindertengerecht mit einem Marmor, begehbarer Dusche (3inch-Clearance). Die Dusche ist mit Haltegriffen und Duschköpfe auf 2 Seiten ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine dritte abnehmbare Duschkopf mit Schlauch und in einen eingebauten Sitz. Die KĂŒche und BĂ€der verfĂŒgen ĂŒber kundenspezifische GehĂ€use mit GranitoberflĂ€chen. Master-Bad SchrĂ€nke sind so konzipiert fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer zugĂ€nglich ist. Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Marmor, Fischgrat gemusterte Gaskamin unter einem hölzernen Mantel. Es umfasst auch das renovierte 163 Stundenmeilen stumpfe Gewalt, Ton, Orkan resistent Auswirkungen Glas Blick auf den Ozean. Dieser Widerstand Glas Features Sound bestĂ€ndig, SchiebetĂŒren vom Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon. Glas-Schiebe-mit-Bildschirme ersetzt, um Meeresbrise in der Villa genießen werden. Der Balkon bietet einen Teakholz-Möbel zum Entspannen und Aussicht auf das Meer. 24 Stunden Sicherheit wird durch die HOA vorgesehen. Ein komplettes MenĂŒ mit Zimmerservice ist von der König und Prinz Hotel vorhanden. Überdachte ParkplĂ€tze. Wir akzeptieren Überlauf Reservierungen von Gruppen und Konferenzen an der König und Prinz Hotel. Wir benötigen Sommerkurse fĂŒr UGA vs. FLA Wochenende. Oceanfront relaxation

Beautiful oceanfront condo with incredible views. Convenient to all the things we love about SSI- The Cottage, Beachcombers, Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddler’s and many more. This condo is perfectly situated for families with children of all ages with easy access to The King and Prince resort. Enjoyed our stay and so sad to leave!

Wonderful place .Owners are great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The only complaint that we had is there was work refinishing of the floors ongoing that significanty impacted elevator use. We could use it the first day thankfully but other than that , no. We were on the 4th floor . Probably should have rented it another week after work ws done .

Beautiful view, excellent location

We enjoyed the unit. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable. The beach view was amazing and we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Having been there in January made us realize the sun probably bakes the place in summer months which would be a shame. There were a few things missing that would have made our stay more cozy and comfortable- rugs in the bathrooms and living room sitting area would have made it so much warmer as the tile floors were frigid. On our next to last day there someone turned the heat up in the unit below and that made the floors so much warmer. Kitchen was well enough appointed except for a few small things. Owner was responsive and very pleasant. Management company was very efficient but not very cordial. I found their terse communication off putting, but the owner was welcoming and lovely. This unit was located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and cute shops. We did not use any of the facilities offered by King and Prince complex but this was due to it being winter and not using pools, etc. we would stay here again.

Fabulous Villa

This villa at the King and Prince resort had all the amenities anyone would need right at our fingertips. It is strategically located to the bridge which crosses the inlet pond and straight to the umbrellas on the beach. There is also a pool and hot tub. Conversations with the hosts were friendly and easy. Our weather, praise the Lord was a constant 85 with a slight breeze. I highly recommend this villa. Thank for a great week.

Sunrise and more!!

I can’t say enough about the views, location, beach access and the proximity to and from the downtown area. The rooms were clean and the condo had everything we needed. A cup of coffee and a danish were at our fingertips each morning when we’d stop by The Cottage just around the corner. There’s upscale dining as well as come as you are drinks and casual burgers and barbecue about a block away. We will definitely come back.

We loved this wonderfully, updated villa. Since our last stay, the balcony lights have been redone. We loved the new smart TV in the main room. The WI-FI is strong and served us well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and its so easy to operate. The villa was ultra clean and smelled totally fresh upon arrival. This seems to be a trademark of the lovely owners of this villa. We have stayed here many times. It must have been freshly painted because there werent any scuffs on any wall. I noticed a new 50 gallon water heater which i had not seen before. Thanks so much!!!!! the Rockers.

Perfect location & beautiful view

We had a very enjoyable time at St. Simons Island. The King & Prince resort is a wonderful property on the ocean. The condo has a great location on the ocean with beautiful views and it was very clean. However, the furniture needs updating, the couch & chairs were very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture was also uncomfortable & lacking. Could use a nice size table. The kitchen could use new pots, pans, glassware & water pitcher. They are all old & scratched. The beds were very comfortable except that the pillows were old & very flat. The master bath was nicely redone, but, the toilet was located right up against the shower door, which was cramped & uncomfortable. On a positive side, plenty of towels were provided, which is appreciated. Nice to have assigned covered parking. All in all, we had a great vacation. The views are amazing. We saw dolphins while walking the beach! This condo has such great potential. Just needs the updates we mentioned. After all, it is a beach resort, maybe the furniture could reflect that. We ate dinner one night at Echo Restaurant at the resort, outside overlooking the ocean. Priceless.

Our stay

The view is great and location excellent, we had stayed in this location before, easy walk to everywhere. The condo is a little dated, the fireplace did not work and there was a gas smell to the point we had to leave windows open, even when it was cold outside. There were no Instructions for Wi-fi or how to work TV, which we never figured out. We were also never told they were working on the condos around us, everyday starting at 9:00 am to 5:00 they were jack hammering that about drove us crazy. For those reasons we felt the condo was over priced.

Beautiful location! But riveting construction â˜č

Clean condo, amazing view, spacious, lovely beach! Wish they had warned us about construction/ remodeling that had been going on since December!!!! Owner offered to pay for an activity and some lunches to make up for noise, which he did reimburse. But truly if they knew this incredibly loud project was going on, why didn’t they off one of their other condos instead - when we booked!!! Really disappointed in how the rental timing was handled!

Great condo

We've stayed at the King and Prince for about 5 years now but never on the 4th floor. The 4th floor really opens up condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely check out the listing again before our next stay.
