We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. “

„Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! “

„We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. Definitely adding this house to our favorites for when we’re ready for another quick run to SSI! The realty group that maintains the property were easy to work with! “

„Would I stay here again? YESThis is a comfortable condo on the 2nd floor, and the pictures on VRBO are accurate. The owner was very helpful when couldn't find the entry codes. This is an issue with VRBO not the property. FYI, VRBO likes to use the app, but finding the room code is buried inside of several clicks. We never did find the gate code. Thankfully, the owner was able to provide us with the info and we had a great stay. “

Easy walk to beach access next to King & Prince, Crabdaddys, Fiddlers, Crab Trap & more!The house was recently renovated, so everything is clean and practically new. Layout works well for a large family or multiple families combined for a vacation. 2 primary suites. 1 on main, 1 upstairs. Both overlook the pool in front of house.We would definitely stay here again!“
