This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs unit is the perfect place to rest and relax after a day of fun and adventure! The tile floors throughout are great because this unit is pet friendly for one dog. Enjoy the convenient location on the front of the property, with picturesque views of the heated pool. The well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar are perfect for meal prepping and dining in, while the comfortable king size bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping arrangements. You can bask in the beauty of the outdoors on your own covered patio and enjoy sipping a refreshing beverage.

At Ocean Walk, you can take advantage of the array of amenities it has to offer- two pools (front pool is heated), tennis courts, a stocked lake, playground, a business center, game room, fitness center, and coin operated laundry facility- all adding up to the perfect vacation. Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.

Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
This unit is pet friendly for 1 dog. Pet fee is $50. No cats allowed. Please do not allow pets on furniture. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up after your pet.

Location on the ground level and close to the pool was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. Had an issue with bedroom TV but we were at the mercy of Comcast to have service repair man come.

Loved St Simons Island 💗

Excellent condo. Very clean, quiet, relaxing and convenient to the village. Just a short drive down Mallory St and you're in the heart of the village. Easy check in and no issues our 5 day stay. We also had beautiful weather and enjoyed exploring the island as well as driving to Jekyll Island for a day trip. So enjoyed our stay and A3 Ocean Walk was perfect for us. Definitely will stay again.

Quiet close to village apartment.

The apartment was clean,close to the village and beach.The king size bed and recliners were comfortable.The pool is right across from the apartment.The kitchen was well stocked.I plan on staying again next fall.

The property was excellent and everything went well, except parking. The parking for this unit was being paved and we didn’t know it until we got there. We were unable to park at the property during our stay because of it and had to park elsewhere and walk.

My daughter, toddler grandson, and I were very comfortable in this unit. We arrived around 9pm, which is after normal check in hours, and had no problem gaining access. The location was within walking distance to the Pier Village Market and a short drive to the beach. I highly recommend.

Not Bad - Be Prepared

We didn’t have any problems per se, but a few minor issues. There were some random odds and ends missed by the cleaning crew (like a cup under the edge of the couch and the top sheet being on upside down/backwards). There weren’t enough bath towels and the ones that were there did not seem super clean. The location in the complex was very convenient. However, we’ve stayed at OceanWalk about ten times over the last few years and the complex and many of the units feel very dated. The front pool was nice but the hours are not super clear. One side of the sign said the pool closes at dusk, while the other says the pool closes at 10 pm. It’s possible we missed the opening time but my very quiet seven year old wanted to get one last swim in the morning before we checked out and apparently that wasn’t acceptable as some older gentleman sent my daughter and my husband away from the pool saying it wasn’t open yet. I guess it’s ok for the pool area to be kept open all the time (not locked with the number pad gate) but not ok for one little kid to swim for twenty minutes on a Monday morning. The check-in process was also a little bit iffy as I didn’t receive any information about a key code or checking in until I requested it from the property manager on the day of check in. Also, I know this is pretty standard, but make sure you bring paper towels and toilet paper! Generally, a very no-frills stay but it got the job done for a Father’s Day weekend getaway.

nice area but.......

We have been to st simon several times and enjoy the experience. We have a pet and the accomodation was pet friendly with plenty of hard floor and durable furniture. Unfortunately the re was a couple issues First there were live roaches in the condo not many but enough to many you careful where you placed your luggage. The place was ok clean but looked to be a quick clean not thorough but passable. The tv in the bedroom was old and did not work. Although we were on a vacation my wife likes to go to bed with the tv only (no biggy) but it adds up. I guess other than the things mentioned if corrected I would go back and have an enjoyable time the complex is nice very nice landscape and view in a very nice area. If not for the things mentioned I would have given it four stars easy.

Nice overall property. Cable in the living room and bedroom which was nice for us. The kitchen cabinets are very dated and a few were missing knobs. The hot water dial on the bathroom faucet was rusted closed. You could see the rust coming out of the bottom and it was almost impossible to turn. It looks like someone redid the ceiling drywall by the shower. Not really well done and pain was bubbling from the moisture. Lots of seating that was very comfy. Comfy bed as well. This was a bottom unit. The people above us were so loud it woke me up from foot steps a few times. Dog friendly as well which was a bonus. Good dog walking areas. We’d stay there again.

Good but needs some details addresses

The bed was super comfortable and the property was in a pretty nice location. We we able to take our dog and get to anywhere on the island in 5-10 minutes by car. The main issue we had was some of the cleaning details. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived and a used towel in the bathroom (with gross stuff on the towel, ew). At the end of the trip we tried to run the dishwasher but it didn’t seem to work (lights just flashed but it never started). Also, we were told it was a fully stocked kitchen which was a stretch. Sure there are some bowls and plates but there weren’t really basic cooking pans to make eggs in the morning. Kinda seemed useless to have not way to use the actual stove which is one reason for wanting a kitchen. Anyway, the rest was ok. They just need to correct a few details.

Perfect for a Getaway With Our Dogs!

We loved this property! Great location to the village, well manicured, friendly neighbors, dog friendly -- perfect for our vacation! On the downside: the clubhouse was a wreck and dirty when we went in. Gross! And in our condo, I needed to reclean the kitchen before using it (but I understand the fast turnaround between guests - not a big deal). We will definitely look into staying here again.
