  • From my front gate to Pass-a-Grille Beach is a one-minute walk. That is the whole reason to stay here, and I will not pretend otherwise.



    These Bungalows have won Traveler's Review Awards three years running, 2024, 2025, and 2026.



    I grew up in this home. My family has been on this corner of Pass-a-Grille since the early 1980s, my mom Susan first, then my sister Lisa. The Cozy Beach Bungalow is our renovated studio, and I keep it the way I keep things for family.



    THE BUNGALOW

    One bright room with a queen bed, a sofa bed for two more, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Sleeps 4. Walk-in shower inside, outdoor shower for sandy feet, one free parking spot, and beds made with the good linens.



    OUTSIDE

    Beach chairs and gear are included, so you walk over empty-handed. Out front is the communal pavilion all four Bungalows share, with covered seating and a grill. It is not a private patio, and it is where guests end up making friends.



    THE NEIGHBORHOOD

    Pass-a-Grille is 31 blocks long, one block wide, and walkable end to end. Dinner and shops are on 8th Avenue, the sunset piano is at Paradise Grille, and the bay is a one-minute walk the other way if you want to fish or watch for manatees. The dog beach is 5 to 10 minutes on foot, and dogs are welcome for $100 per pet.



    We live close by and answer texts in minutes. Nightly stays welcome.

This house was an amazing location - just a few blocks from the beach. The house itself was small but we expected that. It was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The sunsets were incredible on the beach every night. And the fact that we could bring our dogs made the trip extra special. There were just a few minor details like not having salt in the kitchen (we like to cook and assumed they would have basic seasonings), the silverware drawer not being able to open all the way due to the oven door, and the outdoor furniture being very worn and a bit dirty that could have been better. But this would not deter me from renting again.

The place we stayed was perfectly located to both the gorgeous beach as well as the dog beach. Very quiet and relaxing, and we are sure to come back each year.

Tyler was great with communication. This cute little bungalow was exactly as described. We arrived a little early and met the cleaning lady who was so nice and wonderful. The best part is it was so close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The beach and the town were not crowded as expected. Can't wait to go again!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom bungalow! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. It made everything so easy and relaxing.The bungalow itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home.What made it even more special was how dog-friendly it was. This was our second time staying in the Sand Pearl unit. Perfect size for my husband and I. So cozy, comfy and peaceful inside and out. Love the cottagy feel. Step outside and stroll to the beach or the bay and watch the dolphins play, grab a drink oceanside, catch one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see, and you can top the night off at one of the local restaurants just around the corner. We will return.

Adorable place to stay and super close to the beach. I wish parking had been just a little more convenient. There isn’t a coffee shop nearby for morning coffee but there is a maker in the room, next time we will bring our own. Comfortable and cozy. Location was excellent. Will stay again!!

Great location close to beach and shops

We chose this because it’s pet friendly and loved how close it is to both the PAG dog beach and the Fort de Soto dog beach. It was quite well equipped and the cleaning was fine. The mattress was very soft which may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive backs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, comfy & great location

The property was everything we needed. Filled with everything you need for a household. It was one block from the gulf side and a block and a half from the inter coastal side. Downtown shops, ice cream shoppe, Hurricane Restaurant, Brass Monkey Restaurant the Wharf Bar and Grille and Red White and Booze restaurant. Many parks for our puppy and a dog beach just 11 small blocks away. Could not have asked for more.
