„My family had a wonderful time at Bob's place. The house was so cute and full of history. He provided tons of things to play with at the beach that we really enjoyed. The spa pool was amazing and great to lounge in after the beach. The place is steps from the beach and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. My entire family absolutely loved it and we will cherish the memory of all of us together in such an enchanting spot forever.“

„This is a great place to stay. You are near everything (the St Pete Trolley is a short walk away). You are also a 10 minute walk to Beach Drive where you can find any type of restaurant. Went to Ceviche - excellent tapas.As for the house - it had everything we needed for our stay (even a bottle of wine - nice touch). I didn't need to go to the Dali museum - all of the artwork was on the walls. Can't wait to stay here again. “

„Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive. “

„We had a wonderful stay at the Green Room! Lynne made everything super easy from booking to checking out! Our room was spotless when we arrived and smelled clean. The beach is just a short drive away. Lynne and Jeff have supplied everything you need for the beach except the food! If I had to say one negative thing it would be the pillows, they were not comfortable at all but other than that everything was perfect. The property is secluded and quiet. We would definitely stay here again or at one ...
