"Serenity By The Sea" ist ein dreistöckiges Stadthaus, das Ihnen den Atem rauben wird. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf den beiden oberen Ebenen und jede Ebene hat einen eigenen Dachboden. In der 3. Etage befinden sich ein Tischfußball und ein Medienraum für die ganze Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden.

Die erste Ebene verfügt über eine charmante, voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche mit Granitoberflächen, maßgefertigten Schränken und einem Gasherd. Ein großer Essbereich und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer öffnen sich zu Ihrer Veranda im Hinterhof. Dort finden Sie einen glitzernden Pool, einen Picknickplatz mit Grill, eine Hängematte, bequeme Stühle zum Entspannen und natürlich den wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand!

The beach was beautiful! The house is beautiful and super clean. April at Resort Rental is AWESOME! We felt so fortunate to stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for 7 ladies for our three day Girls Getaway! The outdoor furniture is high quality and very comfortable. The beds and linens are also comfortable and beautiful! I can’t say more about how wonderful our stay was at this Gorgeous Beach House. Thank you for allowing me to give this stellar review!

Enjoyed our stay on the beach and the house accommodated our needs. The down side was that there were no Hand Rails on any of the steps going to the 2nd & 3rd floors, and garage doors didn’t work and were partially open. To say it accommodates 14 people and have minimal spaces for cars was hard. I’m sure this had something to do with the last hurricane and that they are still in the fixing stages. But would have been nice if we were told ahead of time. Once these items are fixed it will be a nice place to stay.

Million dollar view

We enjoyed our weeks stay. We would welcome staying again because of the location and the view.. The unit itself was outdated.. needs new king mattress and pillows and window blinds, among other things. The outdoor deck railings need replacing. Upon arriving, found a dead rat in the middle of the garage. In the kitchen, a live palmetto bug and tiny ants.

Great location with everything you need

Our family stayed here for a week-long beach holiday, and what really made it special was the direct beach access and the full suite of toys, appliances, and gear. My 2 year old was able to play with beach toys, we had ample beach chairs, and even boogie boards. The beds were comfy and overall we had a great stay. Joanne was easy to communicate with. The room layout was a little challenging for our large group because you had to go through certain rooms to get to others, leaving less privacy. The decor was definitely a bit dated given the price, but it didn't really hinder our enjoyment. Showers and AC all worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Proximity to the beach is fabulous

We felt like the property itself was a little off from the pictures. It is small and a bit awkward layout. The only beach chairs (that were supposed to be in the garage to carry to the beach)were damaged and unusable so we had to buy our own. The pool was very sandy and used a lot by the other family in the duplex so we didn't use it much. The Very very best part was the view and easy access to the beach. It is literally right out the door and we absolutely loved that and the views. The sunsets were amazing!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The location of this property is amazing, you’re right on the beach. You’re able to sit in the shaded porch and see the kids playing in the sand and the ocean. Overall it was a good experience but as other reviews stated, I’m not sure if we would stay here again. The problem is you don’t know what you’ll get with the townhome next to the property which you have to share the pool with. Unfortunately the people that rented the other property checked in the same day we did and they were drinking a lot and had their music loud and were in the pool area and inside the pool drinking (3 men and 1 woman) we had 3 girls and a little boy and didn’t feel comfortable letting them get in the pool while the neighbors were outside, so we couldn’t use the pool but enjoyed the beach a lot. The layout is a little odd and there is not much privacy if you have 2 families sharing the place, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture around the property was nice. I wouldn’t count sleeping on the sofa bed, because it’s old and very uncomfortable. But we did have a great time and we walked to Caddy’s, a restaurant on the beach, so that was fun too.

The house is rundown

The location of this house is great. Other than that I would not recommend staying here. When we checked in we found something smeared on the wall and on the comforter in one of the bedrooms. Neither of the bathrooms were cleaned it had garbage and clumps of hair on the wall and in the drains. We did get ahold of the rental agency and they had people come out to clean those things. The house needs to have a lot of updates done to it because it is run down. Both showers have black mold growing in the grout. We also found black mold in the vent in the bedroom with the queen size bed. We also found a cockroach in the kitchen. I do have a picture of the cockroach and wish this allowed for me to upload pictures because I would upload it so everyone knew we weren't lying. We told the cleaning staff of our discovery and they told us that it's just something you have to do with when you're in Florida. I've been travelling to Florida my entire life and I have never had a space had bugs in them.

Treasure Island Stay

Overall our stay was great due to location of the property but there were plenty of problems. Property Manager doe not seem to be familiar with the property. I asked about beach chairs/towels before heading to the beach and was told they were not provided. As a result I packed chairs and towels only to find they were on site. Very irritating considering chairs take a lot of room in a car. The hide a bed is basically unusable as when deployed it blocks access to a bathroom. When you plan for eight places to sleep and find out two of those spaces are not available it is very annoying. Pool requires daily maintenance to be useable. Maintenance is handled by the renters not the property manager. BBQ grill was a safety hazard. It was missing a couple of bolts so that it was very dangerous to move. It was replaced with a new grill the day we departed but that did not help me. Shower in master bath had to be repaired (by me) to be useable.

Home was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The location was easy to find and the beach access was great. We loved not having to drive to a beach. The kids had a so much fun! We used the Baby Quip rental as suggested on the VRBO site (they were fantastic), however, most of the items we rented were already at the house, beach toys, pack n play, and safety gate. I asked about these items prior to renting and was told it’s not the host’s responsibility to provide baby items. My suggestion for improving would be, there are 3 floors and not a single handrail - not great for an older adult or young child. There were minor repairs needed like bathroom door knob pulled off each time we opened the door, all 4 toilet seats were falling off, and towel bars not attached to the walls very well. None of these items deterred us from having fun, but would have earned the rental a 5 star rating. Also the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to use the dishwasher the entire time we were there, needing to hand wash dishes with only a tiny bottle of dish soap after the 2 dishwasher pods were used.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to this location! The best part is this townhouse is just steps to the beach. You can sit on back porch and enjoy the beach breeze! Also, I could watch my grandchildren when they were in the pool and still enjoy the beach breezes and views! The views from the house were amazing. The house is very comfortable and spacious! A couple of negative comments are: Because of public beach access near the house, people would set up umbrellas and tents directly in front of the house. The beach was much busier this year. Also when sharing the townhouse with another family, you aren't sure what these people will be like. Two family members who were staying in the attached townhouse became intoxicated and was throwing up beside the pool and on the beach. Their younger children were in the pool as well as my young grandchildren. These people left the first of the week and the next family that came in were fine. It is just a chance you have to take. Overall this is one of the best places for a beach vacation!

The weather could not have been better for the week we were there. The view, for all times of day, was just perfect.

Serenity By The Sea - townhome on the beach in Treaure Island

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was very nice!We loved that the house was right on the beach. Wonderful Gulf views. It was also a convenient location for groceries and other supplies, as well as to restaurants. The house was cheerful, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the beach chairs were in very poor shape. We would have used the pool (more) had it been heated and better cleaned. I did call the property management company when we first arrived but never got a response. Several lamps were not working. The bulbs had died and there were no replacements. I talked to the pool cleaner who showed up a day before we left. He had not been there prior to our visit so the pool needed cleaning, I found it easy to make the reservation online and the check-in process was seemless. It was a great vacation overall and we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful house and location!
