Getting Around:

Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate. The driveway has room for 3 vehicles, plus private parking across the street if additional spaces are needed. Rent a golf cart, scooter or bike for the day to explore the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

- PETS: Dogs are allowed! We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog.

- NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of this property, or anywhere on the property grounds. All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property.

- LAUNDRY: This home has 2 private washers and 2 private dryers.

- TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday. Trash cans are located on the side of the home.

- Other Gemma Homes: Reserve this home along with any of the other three to comfortably accommodate larger groups of 28 or more.

- POOLS: This home features a swimming pool and spa. The spa is turned on manually with a button on the wall and automatically shuts off after 6 hours. The spa is not hot 24hrs/day.
