Available June 2026 – Prime Old Northeast Townhome Rental

Highly desirable rental located in the sought-after Old Northeast neighborhood, just minutes from the waterfront, downtown, and the vibrant 4th Street corridor.

The Poinciana is an intimate community of just eight units, originally built in 1925 and thoughtfully converted to condominiums in 2005. This residence showcases a timeless blend of 1920s Mediterranean architecture with modern interior upgrades.

The kitchen is well-appointed with solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level for guests.

Upstairs, both bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms and additional nook space—ideal for a home office or reading area. A hallway laundry closet with a newer stacked washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.

Additional features include:

One assigned parking space behind the building
Additional street parking available
Quiet, well-maintained community
