Guest Access:

We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home. The only thing we ask is that you please avoid using the patio shed.



To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.



Other Things to Note:

🔥 Heated Pool:

Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round; pool heat is included at no extra charge.

The system is set to maintain around 85°F, though the final temperature depends on outdoor weather. Heat pumps typically warm water 10–20°F above air temperature, so the pool may not reach the set temperature on cooler days.

No refunds are issued due to weather or heater performance.



Pool service is performed by licensed contractors on Mondays and Fridays. They may enter the backyard briefly; timing may vary.



🐾 Pet Policy:

We welcome up to 3 pets per stay for an additional fee.

Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare the home for them.



⏱️ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Availability is confirmed the day before arrival or departure.
