This is not a kid friendly pool. No fencing around the pool or safety locks or pool alarm. The washing machine couldn’t be used because the floor flooded when you did. Also the coffee pot kept malfunctioning. There was no pack n play either so we had to buy one, but the owner bought it from us which was great. The location is really close to beaches and the neighborhood is nice.

Excellent Family Vibes!!

What a Blast!! The house was perfect for a group. Only downside was only 2 bathrooms but nonetheless an absolutely wonderful experience! Josh was so quick to answer any and all questions. All the toys were so fun to use and the beds were super comfortable!

Awesome Spring Break Girls Trip Destination

Our stay at Palm Haven was great!! Everything was just as pictured and perfect for a girls trip!! we slept 10 people comfortably, and had lots of fun in the pool, and on the hammock and chairs!! We also loved that there is a grill!! The location is in a cute neighborhood, and we were able to walk to coffee shops, malls, and restaurants! Josh was great at getting back to us, and so easy to work with. The overall vibe of the place was so fun, and we loved it!

A most excellent stay!

Had great communication with the host prior to our arrival regarding pool heating, arrival time to check in. The house was cleaned very well, towels provided, pool toys, beach toys for the littles. Great set up as there were multiple televisions in the home so the kids could be watching something in the "game" room, guys, were able to catch football on the living room television. Yard had so many activities that kept everyone happy - great view of the pool from every area. House is situated in a good neighborhood - close to parks and close to the beach. So many great locations close by - grocery store, WalMart, Sams Club. A most excellent way to end the year and we look forward to coming back again! Many thanks!

Perfect set up

Not a detail was spared at this home. So many games including board games, cards, pool table, putting greens, large connect four, hoop shoot, the list goes on. The bedrooms were well thought out with bed options. Highly recommend
