The Space:

This charming cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends looking to catch some sun and enjoy the laid-back beach lifestyle. With its prime location, stunning beach access, and thoughtful amenities, it's a perfect getaway for making lasting memories.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, an ice/water refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, double-basin sink, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and a toaster.



Dining Area: A quaint dining table for four and an additional four bar stools at the kitchen island provide plenty of space for family meals and gatherings.



Living Areas: This home features two separate living areas. A cozy sitting area with a loveseat, two armchairs, a TV, ottoman, and workout equipment (including dumbbells and a Total Crunch hydraulic machine) is located on the main level near the stairs. The larger living room, located in the open-concept space between the kitchen and dining area, boasts a large sectional couch, three armchairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan.



Bathrooms: There’s a bathroom on each floor, both with a tile-standing shower, toilet, and sink for convenience.



Bedroom #1 (Master): Upstairs, this serene bedroom features a queen-size bed, an armchair, bedside tables and lamps, a wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a ceiling fan. A private door leads out to the back balcony, where you can relax and enjoy views of the backyard and beach.



Bedroom #2: Also upstairs, this bedroom offers two full-sized beds, a nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. A sliding glass door opens to the shared balcony with the master bedroom, offering beautiful beach and backyard views.



Bedroom #3: Perfect for kids or friends, this bedroom has two sets of twin-on-twin bunk beds, a dresser, bedside lamp, and a ceiling fan. A single door leads to the front balcony with seating and a view of Gulf Blvd.



Laundry Room: Located on the main floor, the laundry room comes complete with a washer, dryer, and a folding table for your convenience.



Backyard: Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a classic white picket fence. Outdoor seating includes a sectional, eight Adirondack chairs (four of which are under your private pavilion), and two facing the beach. Sanddollar step stones lead you to the gate and your private beach access trail, just steps away from the sand!



Local Area: Located in the friendly town of Indian Shores, you’ll find amazing local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee spots, and beachwear stores. Just 19 blocks long, this charming town is known for its pristine beaches, delicious seafood, and tropical wildlife. Don’t miss the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S., and nearby Indian Rocks Beach, full of local shops and fun stops. For nature lovers, McGough Nature Park is just over the Walsingham Bridge, home to owls, bald eagles, turtles, and more. The park also offers walking trails, playgrounds, a zipline, and picnic areas. For a true taste of Florida, visit the nearby Yellowbanks store for fresh, locally-grown citrus and ice cream.

Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.
