The house is located on a large corner for perfect serenity. It boasts 3 large bedrooms with nice sized closets for all your belongings. There is also an office/media room off of the garage that has a desk and Queen sofa bed. The heater & chiller pool is perfect for enjoyment summer and winter months. There is a covered patio perfect for escaping the sun and socializing next to the pool. Guests will enjoy the large yard and parking area in the front (next to the driveway), which is perfect for an RV or boat. There is a dedicated 30 amp circuit for all your charging needs.

Guests shared that they really enjoy being outside without having to combat mosquitos. We regularly spray a non-toxic blend of cayenne and garlic around the property to provide guests a great, safe outdoor experience.

The pool heater is set to 85°F and operates while the pool pump is running, which is typically from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please note that the pump does not run 24 hours a day.

In the winter months, the pool is not a jacuzzi—it's a heated pool. If you’d like the temperature set higher or the pump to run longer (excluding 24/7 operation, as the equipment requires downtime), there is an additional fee of $50 per day.

Keep in mind that the heater warms the water by approximately 1 degree per hour, so it may take some time to reach the desired temperature. Additionally, cold weather can impact the heater’s efficiency.
