Sit under your gazebo and watch the dolphins play or drop a line from the seawall, there is no dock at this house. Check-in at Rental office just 1.5 mile from house at the foot of the Indian Rocks Beach bridge. FREE weekday bicycle rentals during the weekdays from Rental office. Beach chairs and towels are available to rent from the Rental office as well so no need to worry about bringing, buying or the last guest not returning those items in good shape.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
