Getting Around:

- Four designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.

- Indian Rocks Beach offers abundant paid parking spots at each beach access. However, we recommend arriving early to get a spot.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

- You can walk to the John S. Taylor Park and the Pinellas Trail from the property.



Other Things to Note:

- Pinellas Trail: The Pinellas Trail runs directly behind the backyard fence, making this the perfect home base for walking, jogging, and cycling. Please use caution when entering the trail and follow all posted rules and traffic signals.

- Cowboy Pool: Our 10-foot cowboy pool is designed as a refreshing plunge pool to cool off on warm Florida days rather than for swimming laps. Children should always be supervised while using the pool.

- Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned and serviced between every stay for your enjoyment.

- Fire Pit: The outdoor fire pit is available for guest use. Please use it responsibly and follow the fire pit safety guidelines provided in the house manual.

- Bunk Bed: The top bunk is intended for one guest, ages 6 and older, with a maximum weight limit of 175 lbs. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Please review the complete bunk bed safety guidelines in the house manual.

- Yoga Mats: Six yoga mats are provided for guests who'd like to enjoy a morning stretch or outdoor workout.

- Respect Our Neighborhood: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors, especially while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

- House Rules: This home is designed for families, couples, friend getaways, and seasonal snowbirds. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

- Florida Living: As with any Florida home, you may occasionally encounter native wildlife, including lizards, birds, and other harmless creatures while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! You'll enjoy self-check-in and plenty of privacy, but we're always available if you have questions or need assistance. From time to time, you may see us stopping by briefly to take care of the trash and recycling—otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your vacation.
