The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful 3bed/3bath home in the heart of Largo, Florida! Our home is the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway with family and friends. Relax and soak up the sunshine in our heated pool (for $100 per day of your stay) or enjoy some family fun in the sun with our cornhole set, outdoor dining areas, and loungers.



Our home features a spacious living room and three bedrooms, each with their own unique style. Bedroom one is outfitted with a comfortable king bed and plenty of natural light. Bedroom two has a grand king bed, while bedroom three includes two comfy twin beds and a queen(6 adults max).



The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials so you can cook up a delicious meal or whip up a quick snack. We also provide a drip coffee pot and Keurig to get your day started.



We provide all the beach essentials you need to make the most of your stay including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. There is also a private driveway for your convenience.



We are less than a mile to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores!



Stay connected with our high-speed wifi and feel at home with our guest essentials provided. We look forward to accommodating your stay and welcoming you to our home!

* Pool can be heated upon request, Heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature with the max temperature set to 85 degrees, please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler the pool may not be able to be heated to a warm enough temperature. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed.

GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
