Gut: Sauberkeit
At first when we got here the house didn't give us a great first impression. The exterior needs some sprucing up. Here are some of the good things about it. The location is good and the overall impression of the neighborhood is good. We met several people and everyone was super nice. It was fairly quiet here. You are just a couple of blocks from the bike path which we walked our dog on every day. There is a restaurant on the trail called the Home Plate which has a good breakfast and we stopped a few times and ate. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the shower water temperature and pressure was good. The interior is fixed up cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is comfortable temperature wise.Here is the bad from a perspective of a DYIer. The outside needs pressure washed and maybe some fresh paint. The big tree laying in the back yard needs cut up and removed along with the brush. The patio door needs replaced and I would replace the front door with a steel entrance door but definitely the patio door. The washer dryer combo does not work. It leaks. I checked it for level and checked the hoses and drain line. I even ran it without any clothes in it. Water is coming from bottom of door and the soap-softener tray and running down the front of the machine. The dryer element throws an error. The shower door needs fresh caulk. It leaks in the right corner. We put a washcloth down in that corner when we showered to keep it from running out into the floor
