We pre-paid for two nights at this hotel- even though we only needed one night's stay - because we were arriving in town in the morning via a red-eye flight, knew that we would need a place to get freshened up, and we didn't want to chance it that if we only reserved one night this (or any other) hotel would say "no early check-ins available."
But when we arrived at the property, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled and there were no rooms available (even though we had never cancelled).
The receptionist was firm that there were no rooms available and totally unsympathetic and unhelpful. She even told us she couldn't refund our payment--that we would have to contact Expedia to request the refund.
So this was a total waste to have made a reservation at this hotel, and we had a very bad experience with them.
What's more, the property - the parts we could see (outside grounds, front desk, lobby, and restrooms) --were very poorly maintained. Looks like this property may have been built by a larger, reputable chain, then closed and sold to a small operation that is not putting any money into upkeep and isn't training their staff in customer relations.
Bottom line: you get what you pay for. The pictures looked nice and the price seemed great, so we were willing to pay for two nights to get one assured night (plus the half-day we needed with the morning check-in), but that was wishful thinking. We will never do business with this property again.
