Top modernes Hotel direkt am Hafen und neben dem Stadtzentrum. Zimmer ist gut und handlich ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht inkl. Nespresso-Maschine. Wir haben Frühstücks-Voucher erhalten, obwohl diese in der Hotelbeschreibung bislang nicht einmal erwähnt wurden: Eine nette Überraschung.

We had quite the ordeal with a late check in (despite the notice we provided to the hotel and confirmation that it wouldn’t be an issue) Thankfully Jenna took care of things with Grace and professionalism at check out. Comfortable modern rooms, great amenities and amazing lobby atmosphere! It’s our first choice every time we are in St John’s.

I had a wonderful stay at Alt. It is definitely my go-to for hotels in St Johns. The rooms are modern and clean. They are pet-friendly. The cafe in the lobby has the best coffee in the city

Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Convenient underground parking (extra $15 a night). Room very modern and clean. Fast Wi-Fi. We had a room with a great view onto the harbor. Overall: very satisfied.

Excellent place for stay, very friendly staff, modern design, comfortable bed, friendly parking, you can still park your car here even after check out. If you want to enjoy downtown St John’s, this is the perfect location to spend the night!

The staff and service were great. The room has a lot of great features like the control panel for lights, temperature and blinds, Nespresso machine and smart TV. However, some things weren’t ideal - like the painted/print glass panel separating the room and shower/bathroom. While it seems great and is most of the time, for a couple, if one person gets up early and showers while the other wants to sleep in, the noise of the water against the glass and the light shining into the bedroom is disruptive. Also, the room is small so the furniture is compact but the single chair in the corner with a swivel little table top does not swivel enough. Also there is only one drawer under the bed so if it’s a couple, who gets the drawer? And the closet is a shallow depth so clothing hangs facing out - so getting to clothing behind the first item isn’t ideal. There is also no in-room safe which I’m used to most hotels of this calibre having. Finally, there is no where to store a suitcase out of sight. Having said that I still liked it overall. Finally, the hotel restaurant was not open for breakfast because it is not tourist season yet (which I guess starts the May 2-4 weekend) but the little cafe with coffee and pastries was open.

What a great place. I love the modern design of the rooms and the high-tech conveniences. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are not skimpy with the towels. The people who work here are the best, thoughtful, attentive, and responsive. I like Alt hotels generally, and this is a really good one!

Room was small but cozy. We had a partial view room but it had a lovely view of the harbour. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Loved the rain shower but the water temperature must be regulated as I could not get the water quite hot enough for me. Nice to have onsite parking but having to pay extra for parking as a customer of the hotel still baffles me.

These guys are so awesome. I had the WORST flight experience and was delayed two days arriving. When I finally got there, this hotel was helpful, clean, friendly and centrally located. The front desk staff went above and beyond and were so kind, courteous and understanding. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

The property is great. Nice location with comfortable bed, parking good restaurants options. The only improvement- I would suggest upgrading the TV system. Still using cable with no streaming services seems outdated. It was fine for one night but would be an issue for a longer stay.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. The only thing we did not like about our stay was the restaurant. We found it very very pricy for the amount of food and quality. They wanted 85.00 for beer can chicken. We found other restaurants in the area for much cheaper.
