Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The host changed the reservation from the Blue house to the White house without notice. I asked for pictures, no response. We arrived at 4 p.m. as required and the property was not cleaned at all - unmade beds, unwashed linens, used towels in bathroom, old food in the fridge, etc. Contacted the host and he sent the cleaning lady over because she "forgot" to clean that day. We were on a schedule so waiting on the cleaning threw us off. We ended up leaving to our scheduled event without ever getting to use the property to change clothes, eat, etc. When we came back several hours later, the cleaning was done but there was still a dirty towel in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was VERY slow to drain. The shower and the toilet worked fine. During the check in process, I was on the phone with VRBO customer service two different times. After waiting for a "supervisor" for over 20 minutes both times, the calls were disconnected. VRBO then sent me an Email and I responded with the facts of the uncleaned property. As of this writing, I have received no response from VRBO and no offer to rectify the situation from either VRBO or the host.
