The Space:

Welcome to one of the most sought-after homes in Las Palmas Resort, located in sunny St. George, Utah. This spacious and beautifully maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends.



Inside, you'll enjoy an open-concept layout, and a spacious deck that overlooks the St. George valley, Santa Clara, Ivins, and Snow Canyon State Park—the perfect spot to relax. The home is fully furnished and features:



A king-size bed in the master bedroom



Two twin size beds in the guest bedroom which can be bridged (upon 24 hour, prior to arrival, request) into a king-size bed



A third bedroom with two single-over-double bunk beds and two single size roll away beds stored in the closet—ideal for kids or extra guests



With two full bathrooms, everyone has their own space and privacy.



This rental includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and full access to the Las Palmas Resort amenities, including:

Guest Access:

Access to six swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as The Hub Clubhouse, pools and amenities. The Hub has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.



Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.



St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:



Zion National Park – 1 hour (40 miles)



Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)



Grand Canyon (North Rim) – 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)



Las Vegas, Nevada – 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)



St. George typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.





Free parking is available on-site, and most major attractions in and around St. George have accessible parking as well.

The place was clean and nice for our family of seven. Plenty of sleeping options for children; twin beds, bunk beds, and rollaway beds. Check-in was quick and easy. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. It would be nice if there was a larger table for meals. Our family had to spread out among the table, the kitchen counter, and the balcony table on every meal. Many of the resort amenities were under construction while we were there, which is bound to happen sometime.

Loved the location and there was plenty of room in the condo. The view from the back balcony is beautiful. Lots of pool and hot tub options. It did seem silly that we had to go buy more toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. There was only enough provided for a couple of days- would be nice to have more supplies provided. Loved it, but bed count on listing incorrect

I had read another reviewer mention there were no twin beds in the primary bedroom closet - we brought a couple cots just in case, and sure enough, no rollaway twin beds. I tried emailing the owner but never received a response. Also, be aware that if you see "mini-golf" mentioned as an amenity, it is right next to the pool clubhouse but NOT included in your stay. It's an add-on price for the roller-skating rink next door. With those caveats, we really enjoyed our stay - the unit was in great condition, beds were comfortable, we appreciated all the kitchen things (tupperware, slow cooker, pans, etc.). The unit has a limit of 10 pool attendees for the big pool area with water slides at a time - so if more people are staying in your unit, be aware of that.

Great stay, easy check-in , clean, easy to get to. Only suggestions, provide more trash bags, only found 3. Not enough for stay, and helps keep place clean. Also cleaning spray would be helpful to keep kitchen clean. Beds could be more comfortable as well. Master in particular was hard on the back. Overall it was great for family and perfect for kids.

The condo was as it was described. The beds were comfortable and overall it was clean. There was a water leak problem so we were not able to use the master bathroom shower during our stay. The place could use some more dishtowels. Overall it was good. Not a lot of pool options in the winter but we we knew that beforehand. It is a third floor unit with no elevator so keep that in mind.

Family Fun

Traveled to Utah for son's wedding and wanted place large enough for the whole family. We had six adults, four children and an infant stay very comfortably. The unit was clean and equipped with a high chair, play pen and kid friendly kitchen ware! The view from balcony was beautiful. All of the furnishings we're comfortable. Plenty of towels and essential items included. We couldn't have had a better experience! A true home away from home only better because we don't have several pools and parks in walking distance from our own home. Highly recommend for family fun vacation!
