• PET POLICY

One approved dog under 50 lbs is welcome. The dog must be at least one year old, fully potty trained, current on vaccinations, and added to the reservation before arrival.

A $49 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Guests remain responsible for pet-related damage. Assistance animals are accommodated according to applicable policies.

• GUEST ACCESS AND IMPORTANT DETAILS

Guests receive private access to the townhome and backyard through smart-lock self check-in. Free parking is provided for up to two vehicles in the building’s shared parking area.

The property is part of a multi-unit building, but the townhome and fenced backyard are private. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance only; there are no cameras inside the home.
