Single-story home can accommodate 8 guests in our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout. Our beach retreat is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for perfect beach days, featuring a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a large cooler —all ready for our valued guests! We take pride in offering both convenience and high-end comfort, making your stay truly unforgettable. New private, fully fenced backyard!

GUEST BATHROOM: Located right next to Guest bedroom 1 & 2 - Shower, jetted tub.
KITCHEN: Electric range, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender - We have all the kitchen essentials for your stay.
LIVING ROOM: Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2) and a regular couch, dining table for 6, smart TV, electric fireplace, board games.
GARAGE: Washer & Dryer (Laundry), beach supplies, 2x bicycles.

EXTERIOR: Lanai enclosure over private pool, hot tub, outdoor table for 6, tiki bar, fire pit (wood not provided) and outdoor shower.

PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in our driveway.
BEACH ACCESS: Located on Matanzas Ave - This public beach access is an 8-min walk from the home and the beach is accessible by vehicle. Walk south on First St to Matanzas Ave, walk east towards the beach - There is a safe, lighted crosswalk to cross A1A.

E-bikes are rented separately.
1-day rent for one bike: $25.00.
5-day rent for one bike: $120.00.
6-day rent or more for one bike: $120.00 (for 5 days) + $20.00 per additional day.

- PET-FRIENDLY
Pets are allowed on the property only - Maximum of 4 pets; The pet fee is $148.00 is required. Any damage caused by pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner or guest on the reservation.
