Ingress and egress from busy arterial was challenging. Needed better sweets/pastry offerings. Otherwise lovely stay.

Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sheraton's Four Points Hotel ! Very dramatic, elegant, as well as huge lobby. Very clean & convenient room. Yummy breakfast by the staff ! The hotel location was also very convenient to other restaurants , stores.

The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. It’s outdated so it makes it look run down in some parts. Mattress needs to be replaced. I never understand hotels not refreshing their mattresses often. Bathroom was clean but just outdated so the sink and shower looked dirty but wasn’t. ...

Pictures on listing were very misleading. The pool was green and full of debris (on the surface and on the bottom) upon arrival.
