We stayed here during the partial opening of Zion during the Covid deal. We booked this rental back in January BEFORE Covid, but still glad we were so closer to the park, as we woke at 3am 2 days to get in line to get into the park.
Honestly, the location is the best thing, although the apartment was great. You are literally across the street from the Zion Visitor Center and Zion Outfitters, where you can rent boots for hiking the Narrows. The king size bed we had was amazing and we were OUT COLD after Hiking all day. The layout is a little funky, but absolutely suited our needs the 4 nights we stayed there.
Kitchen is well stocked but could use some Steak knives, a better can opener, and a few staples like salt/pepper, oil, etc. There is a Subway downstairs but it was closed because of Covid, so we had the parking lot fully to ourselves.
Get your food shopping done in Hurricane before you get to Springdale. There’s a Walmart there with reasonable prices.
Would stay again if ever in the area.
