„My wife and I joined 18 friends for the hike at Angels Landing and other activities. Everyone staying at a hotel was jealous of our accommodation. It was perfectly located right in the middle of most of the businesses in Springdale. They offered an early check-in and gave me a late checkout. I would recommend this place to anyone that is going to Zion.“

„Outstanding place to stay. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.“

„Property was a little funky from the outside but inside the unit was excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived the room had not been serviced, but after contacting our host, Angelea, a cleaner arrived in about 15 minutes and serviced the unit nicely. Very responsive to correct what could have been a bad situation.“

„This was the perfect spot for a 2 day stay for Zion National Park. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Springdale and just outside the hustle and bustle of the town. Less people. The place was great - the bed was beyond comfy and the shower was amazing. Exactly what you need after hiking all day. Diana was fabulous, very communicative, and took care of our needs. It was nice having a small fridge and I appreciated the added coffee machine that wasn’t in the ad. The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. There is an a joining bungalow and you can hear the other guests talking and using the shower.One issue we had concerned not receiving the code for the front door prior to our arrival. I sent an email to the owner through the VRBO app then went to dinner before getting a response from the owner and receiving the door code, but that was several hours after we were scheduled to enter the premises.“
