Everything was great to fit our needs. Didn't realize so many families with kids would monopolize the pool and spa area as a source of entertainment with screaming and splashing so didn't get in a relaxing jacuzzi time after a long drive but I had small ones once so totally understand. Cleanliness and service was outstanding.

In general I was happy with the hotel and property. We liked the free breakfast, I used the gym which was clean and the equipment seemed well maintained. The ONLY issue was the toilet in our room. It needs updates. It was unusually low to the ground. It was challenging for my elderly mother to get up on and off of.

This was a quick emergency trip for us. Property was quiet and staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was usual Hotel food.

Love the 24 hrs pool, although the hot tub was working, the jets would not turn on. Still nice to soak, but they weren't working when we stayed 5 months ago. Everything else was great! Delicious hot breakfast with many choices. We really like staying at Oakwood.

All the staff was super friendly. Lobby halls and rooms are clean. Love the 12pm check out and the pool & spa being open 24 hours. Beds are really hard but that was the only negative.

It is obviously a well run establishment. I normally have stayed at other hotels in my past 5 years of visiting Spokane. But, I feel like I have found a new place to stay when I'm there. The staff was great. They got me checked in quickly. they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The staff made sure the food was fresh and well stocked. They were friendly. The room was nice and clean. They accomidated me with a ground floor room like I asked for. Even though it was busy because of a big basketball tournamant, it was not too chaotic, which I appreciated. Well, done!

desk assigned me to a room that didn't reflect my prior wishes and was a single bed room when I had pain for a two queen room. They fixed this at my insistence. Night desk guy treated me a little like a vagrant.
