„The personnel at the check-in was rude. The room was not really clean, with fingerprints, dust, and dirt everywhere. Additionally, the duvet had stains. We were given a new room after we lodged a complaint, but it wasn't much better.“

Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. “
