„This home-away-from-home is on the second floor. We enjoyed the deck with its panoramic view of the ocean as the pelicans flew over in formation. The apartment is clean and well stocked from shampoo to beach needs. There is an umbrella on the deck, but in May we hardly needed it, with ocean breezes. The sunrise is viewed from the deck, and we were blessed to view a full moon glistening on the water. In all, it is a very calm and peaceful abode. We highly recommend.“

It’s a quiet, beautiful, restful place where our family of three really reset. Would LOVE a two bedroom option, but would return the price and location. Marita the host was also great!“

She not only has a beautiful property 75 yards from the beach in the exclusive Sawgrass beach club but she left beach chairs and towels for us to use. „This spot is perfect for a quick stay in Ponte Vedra. My only gripe is that the property manager did not add my name to the approved guest list, so getting in the first time was a little painful. The club house, pools next to our unit are for members only.“

„Parking Concerns: Initially, I had concerns about parking since the listing mentioned accommodation for up to 3 cars, but we had more. I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. We had to wait for half an hour ...
