„The start of the whole stay was a nightmare. Owner contacted me to offer an early check-in which he approved at noon that day. My family and I arrived to the property and then were told we couldn’t check in early after all. We waited out front of the property for 2 hours. Once 3pm arrived the cleaner was still there. When we entered the home she hadn’t even started cleaning the floors or kitchen. My family and I sat in the living room for half an hour with the cleaner still there “finishing” the ...
