„We have stayed in another property at this location previously, the apartments have an amazing location, minutes from the centre of Westward Ho! The apartment was clean, comfortable and even had a welcome pack. Amenities were great, including an iron and board, hair dryer and hoover. Great on sight parking and a lively community feel onsite! Communication was timely, clear and professional. We have no doubt, we will be rebooking!“

„Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. The location is near the cathedral which made walking anywhere easy! The unit had a good size frige and stove and dishwasher!!! All amenities were in the unit too! I would visit again! Thank you! “

„Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.“

„The apartment was absolutely lovely and a real home from home. It was very clean and there was plenty of space in all the rooms (the bathroom was huge) and plenty of storage. We particularly liked having the laundry cupboard that had coat hooks and a shoe rack (along with a washer and dryer) to keep these bits out of the way. The view was gorgeous and having the outside space would have been an excellent bonus were it not for the weather!! The welcome pack with a cream tea, biscuits and milk was ...

„Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mortehoe und Devon sind eine Reise wert.“

„Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten, absolute Empfehlung 😀!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Nichts hat gefehlt. Aus dem Erker im Wohnzimmer hat man seitlichen Meerblick. Unten im Haus ist ein Café mit leckeren Pasties. Im Garten kann man gemütlich sitzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.“

First apartment smelt so bad requested immediate change. 2nd apartment at mininum expected standard. Pillows very hard, beds uncomfortable. Surrounding area and tenants concerning. Left a day early.“

„Well equipped and almost brand new. Certainly a premium property in the area. The team were very efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. The unit we booked alphas a maintenance issue, so we were moved and upgraded. All was seamless and the team made sure we had a good time.“

"Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Kathedrale, auf die man von der Rooftop-Bar eine tolle Aussicht hat. Frühstück, gastronomischer Service und Zimmerservice insgesamt im mittleren Niveau für die Hotelkategorie. Ab der zweiten Nacht wurde beispielsweise kein Trinkwasser mehr im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Klare Absage an die sog. „Luxury Spa and Treatments“, nachlässig und unmotiviert geführt und die gebuchte Maniküre kann bei größter Nachsicht nur als völlig unprofessionell angesehen werden. Das Ergebnis sind völlig ruinierte, unansehnliche Nägel, und das zu hohem Preis. Ein Beschwerdemanagement existiert anscheinend nicht. Schade…"
