„Very clean one bedroom apartment. The location was too rural for us and both the front and rear windows looked out to farm yards. The communication from the host was poor. When we arrived the apartment key was left in the lock and we were not sure if the host was going to greet us or not (we normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something a bit different). „Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different ...

„Difficult to find even with location instructions which to be fair had been sent well in advance, taxi dropping us off was confused & we only found it due to a helpful neighbour! The main issue was the heating as it was freezing when we arrived & we had to call the hosts to get it switched on & bring heaters. There was then no central heating the next morning so we had to rely on the electric heaters. We arrived late - it would have been lovely to have had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa! ...
