"Super Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum London Eye. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Auch zum Frühstücken perfekt. Supermarkt auch direkt um die Ecke. Für Städtetrip der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer in der zweiten Etage. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß ,das Bett bequem. Badezimmer auch groß genug. Die Aussicht war leider nicht vorhande, da wir auf eine Mauer geschaut haben. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, da wir eh nur zum schlafen da waren."

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance to Westminster Bridge and Lambeth North tube station. It is modern and well maintained, my room was fairly large and clean. I liked how the light switches and window blinds were centrally operated from a single control panel, located in three different parts of the room. The robe and slippers also added to the homely feel. The swimming pool wasn’t too cold. All the staff were very professional and helpful but Dennis and Stephen at the Concierge desk deserve a special mention - they both were more than helpful in suggesting and booking tours, nothing was too much trouble for them. Also in the restaurant at breakfast there was a Polish/Russian (?) waitress with long black hair who made me feel especially welcome with her friendly manner and warm smile. These three employees especially helped make the hotel feel like a second home."

"Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Hotel, weil die Lage sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf die Themse war. Frühstück auf der Terrasse, direkt an der Themse ist einfach top. Das Familienzimmer, mit zwei Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Leider hatte es kein Licht in einem der Zimmer und im Bad fehlte der Duschvorhang. Ausserdem war die Lüftung z.T. sehr laut. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen."

"Saubere Zimmer, nettes und hilfreiches Personal: musste Zimmer wechseln nach dem im ersten die AC kaputt war. Da war ich sehr froh darüber! Zweites Zimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand. Lage sehr gut: nahe zur Tower Bridge. Zimmer auch ruhig zur Seite raus."
