The owner resides at the property full time. The parking area is shared, but you will have your own separate entrance, ensuring that you can enjoy privacy throughout your stay.

PET POLICY – Please Read Before Booking:

We love pets and are happy to welcome your well-behaved dog to our home! However, please review and follow the pet rules below to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful stay for everyone:

🔹 Pet Fee: We charge a non-refundable $175 pet cleaning fee per booking. This must be collected separately after your reservation is confirmed.
⭐️ Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can arrange proper cleaning.
❗️If a pet is brought without prior approval and payment, additional charges will apply beyond the standard pet fee.

🔹 Safety Notice:

There is no fenced yard, and small dogs are not advised due to coyote activity in the area.

Larger dogs must be leashed or have reliable recall at all times. Coyotes are known to lure dogs, so off-leash play is strongly discouraged.

🔹 Furniture & Cleanliness:

Please bring your own dog bed, as dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

Pets require extra cleaning due to hair and dander, and we want to maintain high standards for all guests.

🔹 No Unattended Pets:

Pets must not be left alone in the house unless crated. If you're heading out, please take them with you or use a crate for their safety and comfort.
