"Zentrale gute Lage "

"Hotel Zimmer ist unter Erde gelegen. Die Teppich riecht nach uralte Keller. Der Raum ist mit einem E-Radiator geheizt, der auf einer Ecke gestanden ist!! So etwas habe ich nicht mal in 2* gesehen. Für das Gym Nutzen muss man extra zur Rezeption zu gehen um auf ein Buch manuell zu eintragen, weil das Zutritt System nicht funktioniert hat. All dies hätte ich keine Probleme gehabt wenn das Hotel ein 2* Hotel wäre. Ich hatte in Vergangenheit über 500 Übernachtungen (3-5 Sterne Hotels) weltweit gebucht und hatte nie so einen schlechten Zimmer gehabt, nicht mal im 3* Hotel! "

"Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. On top you can't park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage."

"Location excellent. Everything was good. Except the spa, I think, chloride was too strong for my eyes. Parking was too expensive, they gave me the code for 25% discount but I was not able to claim this. Too complicated. "

"The servis staff in restaurant were very competent, helpful and frendly. I enjoyed the dinner and the time very much. And the staff of reception and spa were also competent and frendly. My room was 6F. The view was pretty good, but the whole windows were dirty, unfortunarely. I'd be happier with clean ones. And my room telephon did kotvwork to call reception."
