Michael, the owner, was very responsive, but we did need to reach out directly about all check-in/check out instructions. It was lovely to have access to a private pool on the property, but this did need some maintenence and cleaning. We would highly recommend staying here if in the area! „This home is so lovely! Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful and peaceful yard with several seating areas. Our group enjoyed the fact that there were multiple king beds - always a plus when you have multiple couples. One little thing that was really nice that you don’t often find in rentals is that they have plenty of throw blankets. We enjoyed the fire pit and bocce ball outside, too. Location was perfect - close to everything ...

„Very nice little house right in the middle of Los Olivos, maximum 3-4 minute walk to every restaurant and tasting room. Everything is quite new and nice in the house, and the small patio is very charming for having drinks or snacks outside. Only issue (not the owners' fault, so more just a tip for future guests) is that some mornings a guy with a leaf blower will wake you up around 7am, so ear plugs are useful if you like to sleep in. Otherwise a pretty much perfect stay. I'd love to return ...
