I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. „Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.“

„Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!“

Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. „The location was amazing nice short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. The top deck was our favorite hangout after a long day out and about. Would definitely stay here again!“

„We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,.“
