With Solvang’s boutique shops, tasting rooms, and bakeries just a short drive away, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Santa Ynez Valley.

Property Note: A long-term tenant resides on-site in a separate guest house on the property. While you may occasionally see them in passing on the driveway or walkways, your rental spaces and amenities are entirely your own to enjoy! (The laundry area is shared with the tenant.)

***PET POLICY: 1 Dog is welcome in this home with prior owner approval only, a signed Pet Addendum, and a non-refundable pet fee. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you plan to bring your dog so we can hopefully gain owner approval. Pet Fee: $300***
