Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
We loved our stay here even though there was not much to do off season. We only stayed for one night but loved the room especially the little fireplace :)

Olympic Village Inn
Other than construction going on this was an awesome hotel to stay in! The construction wasn't loud but there was just some things blocked off and detours
