overlooking loft, pool table, and poker table. There is no other unit like

Shay’s #1 on the mountain. Our property is approximately 4700 square feet and

the main kitchen, great rooms, and master bedroom all have two full walls of

large windows allowing you to enjoy the beautiful and majestic surrounding

mountains and landscape as well as two large covered porches which give our

guests one of the best views of the Western skies and Village fireworks. Our

unit also features an apartment style bedroom on the ground level complete

with a kitchenette. Every bedroom has a bathroom, flat screen television, and

black out drapes. Our townhome features luxurious finishes such as a spacious

kitchen with a large island and granite countertops as well as hard wood

flooring throughout. The garage has been newly renovated into a ski, snowboard

locker room with outdoor access, a large boot/glove dryer that can accommodate

up to six, equipment storage, and bench seating. **Minimum age to rent this
