Winter evenings are perfect for relaxing in front of the warmth of the fireplace, watching snowfall through the windows while enjoying meals prepared in your gourmet kitchen or sampling the vibrant Base Village dining scene. In summer, easily access the Elk Camp Gondola to enjoy the great mountain biking trails on the mountain or the Lost Forest adventure zone with its alpine coaster, zip lines, ropes course, and fishing. For the ultimate in convenience, store your ski equipment at the mountain base to simply walk across to the slopes with just your ski boots, grab your skis at the gondola and head on up the mountain. A ski locker is located at the condo as well. If you are planning on bussing or driving to Aspen, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk for a ski day store your skis just outside your front door!



You will truly appreciate the large pool and grotto style hot tub. Chaise lounge chairs provide an ideal spot to spend a day soaking up the warm Colorado sunshine. *If you are booking a stay in Spring or Fall please check with us with to be sure the pool/hot tub is operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation.

Pool will close for the winter beginning October 10, 2026. One hot tub will remain open through the off season.
