„Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. „Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.“

„250 feet to Snowmass bus garage that takes you to the other 3 resorts. 50 feet to Village shuttle that takes you around Snowmass. 350 feet to Gondola. Unit wasn't fancy but was fine for 6 older guys. The unit is managed by the Stone bridge hotel and has 24/7 front desk help. Great hot tub set up. Grocery and Liquor store were also close but probably not a good idea to walk...we used the free hotel shuttle.“

„We enjoyed the property especially the location and the ski in/ski out availability. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. The unit was clean and met all of our needs but the unit itself needs a bit of upgrading in some areas. The Itrip team was very helpful resolving issues.“

The condo itself is so well-stocked (salt/pepper/oil/coffee etc) and beautifully furnished. Communication with the rep was useful and easy. Could not have wished for a nicer place to stay for a week. „We had a wonderful time at the Enclave. The condo was very nicely decorated and was spacious for 5 adults and one pup. The living areas and bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds including the sofa pull out bed in the living room. Best equipped kitchen of any place we have rented, hands down. „We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for our family of five. The ski lockers and short stroll to either the Elk Camp Gondola or Village Express lift couldn't have been more convenient. If you plan on staying at SBV, you will have all you need - access to multiple restaurants (including takeout), a small corner grocer with limited options, multiple ski retail locations, and extracurriculars for children just a stone's throw away from the Condo.
