Inside, the 1,245 sq ft condo features a bright and inviting living space with a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and a queen pull-out sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, along with a dining area perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. A shared laundry is conveniently located downstairs in the building.

The primary and secondary bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the secondary bedroom also offers a mounted TV. There are two full bathrooms within the unit.

This is a rare Snowmass find with central air conditioning, making it especially comfortable during summer stays. There are mini splits in both bedrooms and the living room. They are independently controlled by remotes in each space.

1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from SkyRun Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in. This will include your digital code to access the unit.
3. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-out procedure email the day before departure.
