More importantly, the unit got uncomfortably hot — the mini-split wasn't putting out cold air, and one of the oceanside windows was broken (the mechanism, not the glass), so it couldn't be opened. „this was an amazing place! the view amazing! there were 16 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. near to Brookings where our event was. Beach access was a little rough for grandparents but doable. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen big enough to have several cooks, the main room very big. the host was easy and quick to respond by text. only issue we had was the pullout in game area was small for adults but fine for children. would love to go back!“
