Gut: Sauberkeit
Our stay at Singer island was very nice. The condo was very nicely appointed, had a fully appointed kitchen, although the icemaker in the refrigerator had obviously been broken for a long period of time, and there were only two induction burners to cook with. There was a countertop icemaker that was very noisy, especially when sleeptime was at work. It was also very frustrating to find that there was a 39 daily parking fee, accompanied by all the tips to the valet every time we went out. A small problem was that the outlets in both rooms on either side of the beds were obviously fitted for a queen size bed when in fact we specifically had booked the suite because it had two King beds. One side of each room's beds had no useable outlets or light even though there was a light there that could not be plugged in, because the permanently mounted headboard blocked the outlet. Small inconvenience, but that should no have been our problem.OK, we really enjoyed our stay in spite of all these minor issues. We didn't contact our host to solve these problems because it was evident they were longterm, and not immediately resolved.
