This new construction, beautiful townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 across two king beds, one queen bed, and twin XL-over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle. It features hardwood flooring, a private patio with a hot tub, and gorgeous views of surrounding mountains.

Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The rooms are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment mounted above the gas fireplace. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for two more at the sofa table. The private patio off the living area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and is equipped with outdoor seating.

There are three bedrooms on the third floor and one on the entry level of this home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a king bed, lots of windows with natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom features a king bed with a closet, lots of natural light and mountain views. The third bedroom features a twin XL -over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle and is located right across from the primary bedroom. Furthermore, there is a guest bathroom on the third floor that features a shower/tub combination with a single sink vanity.

On the entry level, you'll find the private laundry, and final guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and private access to the hot tub and private patio. There is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower on the entry level as well. For your convenience, an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent are provided. There is also a private two car garage for guest use.

Very nice condo.

The website gave accurate views and info for what we received. We enjoyed the condo very much. Only issue we had was inability to open garage door from keypad; had to go through the front door and into garage to open it each time. Other than that, very nice.

Silverthorne Staycation

This property was the perfect mix between location, comfort, and luxury. After attending a concert at the beautiful Dillon Amphitheater, it was amazing to be able to come home and wind down in the hot tub with my friends. We felt safe in the neighborhood, enjoyed secure parking in the large garage, and overall really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this property to ANYONE looking for a comfortable staycation.

Great new construction in the Ponds

We had a lovely long weekend with grandparents, parents, and two small grandchildren. The house was roomy, comfortable, and quiet, despite its nearness to the highway. Our granddaughters went swimming at the nearby pond beach, and we took long walks in the Pond development and on the nearby Blue River trail. Only small issue was that the hot tub was cloudy and didn't feel useable, but I am sure that will be corrected. We would definitely stay hear again.

Very nice home, easy access to multiple towns, hiking and activities. We were there during some warmer days so no AC after being outside all day, took a little longer to cool off. The nights were cool enough with windows open and fans. Very accommodating for families with small children.

Great Townhome

This was place was very clean, spacious and centrally located in Silverthorne. My dad and two brothers did a golf trip and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of golf!

23 Fish Hawk - Would Not Stay Again

I have never publicly left a negative review for a hotel or lodging, however I do know how important reviews are when booking a place to stay in a new town. Upon check in, we were greeted with dirty bathrooms/ sheets.The mirrors had not been wiped down, nor the shower in the master bathroom which contained pubic hairs and other remains. The sheets in a bedroom had brown stains. When paying almost $1k per night, this is bare minimum standard in my opinion. The owner of the condo, who lists number as contact, does not reply to calls/texts. This was our biggest concern as we had multiple grievances throughout our stay. Mid way through our stay, the door code (we were not given the garage code) changed from one code to another, locking us out of our condo. The wifi went out mid day Friday and we had someone working from home that could not complete their work. The thermostats do not operate correctly leading to sweltering nights. The washing machine does not operate correctly which led to lack of clean clothes and linens. The dishwasher left dishes dirty, leading to us doing them by hand. Although we appreciate the security, there are multiple cameras and the owner would message Summit County Mountain Retreats with comments about our comings and goings throughout the stay. This led to us feeling uncomfortable the entire stay. It is not somewhere anyone in our party would recommend staying as there are much cleaner, kinder, more accommodating places in the Silverthorne area.

Perfect space for multiple families

The house had a great bedroom set up. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t find a shuttle to Keystone that we could walk to but that might have been our understanding. We did have people to drop us off so the shuttle ended up not being an issue.
