„No rags and wipes inside unit.“

„Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.“

„⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. „The property was about 12 min walk to BGC. Has 21/2 baths with 2 bedrooms enough for our group of 6. Very close to all amenities.“

„The host (Ghen) was superb, super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. I would stay there again on my next visit.“

„Shower too small Tap fittings in wrong position too be honest think dangerous I actually speared myself trying too get in Maybe something host can look at“

„Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.“

„I was not expecting the place was so beautiful. Salute to the unit owner. He really knows how to accommodate the guests. Certainly I will book this unit each time we will be in Tagaytay.“

„It's an ok space for a decent price. It could be better maintained (paint peeling off everywhere etc.), but it's clean and you have a nice view. The gym is ok, the sauna is a nice touch. All-in-all no major complaints, but there are better value-for-money options in Makati“

„POC was difficult to contact. The front door lock took us 10 minutes to enter property. AC was not working properly. It was warm. This is our second time to stay in this property. We will opt for another property next year.“

„Clean room. Friendly personal staff. Well Airconditioned“
